Applying for leave must be two weeks in advance and sick leave must not be applied for using this system. Please ring if you are sick, so that any cares assigned to you can be reassigned to another Support Worker.

  1. Navigate to the main menu
  2. Select caseload
  3. Select region leave.
  4. Select care
  5. Select forms
  6. Select Add a Form
  7. Select Leave Request Form
  8. Complete form and click Submit

A notification via email will be sent approving or declining the leave request.
