Androulla Kotrotsos

Chief Executive Officer

 Androulla has held senior roles with Green Cross Health, Ministry of Health, Pharmacy Council, and pharmaceutical companies, as well as in professional support and governance roles in the health sector. 
 
Androulla joined Access as Chief Operating Officer in 2019 and was appointed as CEO in 2023.  

Warrick Jackson

Executive Director – Strategy and Finance 

Prior to joining Access, Warrick was at  NZ Health Group as Chief Commercial Officer.  He was also the Board Chair of a joint venture, Freedom Medical Alarms.  

Earlier in his career, Warrick spent 10 years at PwC in the M&A/Investment Banking team and five years with AMP Capital Investors.  

Simon Cox

Chief Commercial Officer

Simon is responsible for operations, information technology and contract management for the business.  

Prior to joining Access, Simon worked in investment consultancy and accountancy. In addition, he was a psychologist providing rehabilitation services as well as business consultancy. 

Belinda Watkins

National Operations Manager


Belinda was a nurse in the UK before running her own business as a Chiropodist/ Reflexologist. 
After emigrating to New Zealand in 1995 Belinda moved into Medical  and Pharmaceutical Sales and Marketing Management. 

Prior to joining Access, Belinda worked for Hospice, an organisation providing home-based specialist palliative care where ‘care at home’ became her passion. 

Mel Rice

TumuakiNgā Puhi, Te Rarawa and Te Aupouri

Hailing from Te Tai Tokerau, with many years experience in Home and Community  Health, Mel brings a te ao Māori view from a business, whānau/family and hapori/community perspective.   

Mel is a member of the Insights Alliance, Secretary for Te Aronga Toi Whenua, the Tauranga Peka of The Māori Women’s Welfare League and the NZDSN Board. 

Carol Jopson

Finance Manager

Carol leads the Finance Team and has more than 20 year’s service with Access. Carol has been involved in the financial management and strategic direction of the organisation as the business grew from its foundations with the Womens Division Federated Farmers, to Rural Women NZ, to Access Homehealth Ltd, then finally to Access Community Health Ltd.  

Bev Stone

National Health and Safety Manager

Bev is responsible for risk, strategic health and safety, injury management and occupational health and wellbeing.  

With experience  in senior roles for large, complex, multi-site, and global operations across transportation, manufacturing, logistics and health care, Bev is a Registered Nurse with a specialisation in Occupational Health.  

Jo Goodfellow

National Service Delivery Manager

An experienced health care manager with a clinical background in Physiotherapy, Jo has worked both in the UK and NZ in healthcare leadership roles including St John and Auckland Regional Public Health Service.  

With a strong interest in patient/tāngata led integrated care, Jo is focused on bringing together different parts of the health and social care systems to provide seamless support to our communities

Tony McDonald

Chief Information Officer

Tony is an experienced IT leader who manages the IT team and defines strategic direction. He recently held the position of CIO at Barnardos Aotearoa.

Prior to this, Tony demonstrated his entrepreneurial capabilities by running his own cloud business. His career showcases a strong blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and a forward-thinking approach to technology in achieving organisational goals.

Cassandra Hopkins

Founder and Director, Focus on Potential

Cassandra leads a team of 230 allied health professionals at Focus on Potential (FoP) partnering with Access to provide rehabilitation services for people recovering after injury.

A trained occupational therapist, Cass founded FoP in 2005 and also was a board member for NZ Board of Occupational Therapy from 2016-2023.

Cass has a clinical background in paediatrics, mental health and neuro rehabilitation.
